Is this IEEE citation generator free?
Yes. There is no account, no usage cap and no watermark on the output. It runs the same formatter Quilpen uses internally.
Does it handle multiple authors correctly?
Yes. Each style truncates author lists differently — IEEE has its own rule, and the formatter applies it rather than listing every name.
Can I generate a whole bibliography at once?
